
Fabrication/Installation
Control Solutions, Inc. has a UL certified panel shop that can custom build and assemble control panels and consoles. We also have a full service electrical installation department that can electrically install our equipment and systems at customer locations. Our control panels are tested prior to shipment.

- Fabrication and Assembly of Small to Large Control Panels
We fabricate and assemble anything from small operator stations to large 4 and 5 door control panels.
- Custom Fabrication of Special Enclosures
We typically use pre-manufactured electrical enclosures by Hoffman. However, in certain applications, we provide custom built panels specifically designed for the application.
- Painting of Panels to Customer Specifications
We can paint any of our panels to specifications provided by the customer.
- UL Listing for Assembled Control Panels
Our panel shop is UL certified.
- Electrical Installation of Systems at Customer Locations
We can install any of the systems designed by our engineering staff and fabricated by our panel shop.
